In accordance with applicable legislation, customers located in jurisdictions where this right applies may exercise their right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving their package.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact Vitality Pace before initiating a return. Returned items must be brand new, unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all tags and accessories.

8. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds are issued as quickly as possible in accordance with regulatory standards and banking processing times.

9. Damaged Products or Order Errors

If an item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should notify us immediately via email, attaching photographs of the product and packaging in question. We will evaluate the report and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a full replacement or refund.

Vitality Pace cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by logistics providers, postal services, customs processes, force majeure events, or any outside circumstances beyond our direct control.
